ocPortal 9.0.11 is a patch release that introduces a number of bug fixes since the last release. Upgrading to this release is not necessary due to most bug fixes relating to installation issues with the last patch release.

- Error posting in news, on some sites
If you post news and:- Do not have a member named ‘test’
- And, do not allow guest access to the news page / category you posted in
Then you will see an error message:
“Undefined variable: has_member_category_access”
Although your news will be posted correctly.
This issue is properly filed (and managed) on the tracker.
